Health / Summer Dehydration Signs and preventive Measures

Dehydration occurs when our body looses large amounts of fluids / water and salts due to heavy work hot weather or exposure to hot sun.  Chronic Dehydration can leads to high blood pressures, premature aging, constipation, kidney stones, liver problems,   joint and muscle damage, gastritis / stomach ulcers and weight gain e.t.c problems.

Dehydration Preventive Measures

1 Water, Salads and juices:  Drink more water and juices with added nutrients before your thirst.
2 Dress (Light color Cloths): Try to wear Light color Cloths (example white) because it absorbs less heat from sun.
3 Sunglasses: Wear sun glasses which prevent harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays falling on your eyes.
4 caps: Wear caps glasses which prevents harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays falling on your eyes.
5 Coconut Juice: Try more barley because it contains more nutrients which hydrate your body.
6 Barley: Try more barley because it contains more nutrients which hydrate your body.
7 Less exposure to sun: UV rays will be more in between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. so don’t come out.
8 Avoid Alcohol: Try to avoid alcohol because it dehydrates your body.
9 Food: Eat more Vegetables (easily digestible) based then meat items (Difficult to digest).
